RAID LEADER’S LOG
Build the roster
then run it.
I am Ian. I run raid nights, keep the spreadsheets honest and write down what works when twenty people with different schedules need to show up at the same time.

How I Run It
Clear rules. Calm nights. Fewer wipes.
I do not believe in heroic last-minute fixes. A good raid night is mostly decided before anyone logs in: who is coming, who is on what, and what happens when somebody is late.
Everything I post here comes from running real nights: what I would repeat, what I stopped doing, and the one rule that saved us every single time.
