It is never exciting to take human life, but pirating is becoming a huge problem and drastic actions need to be taken to end pirating’s dangerous ramifications. If anyone can tell me that four to five “Executioners” patrolling the coasts of Somalia wouldn’t drastically decrease pirating, I’m all ears.
