I think we’re organized!
Your wife says your disorganized so I think you are better off letting her crack the whip and make sure you guys get the roster done for my weekend session with the game.

I am sorry but we cannot export them for e-mail.
I’ve heard that there a lot of issues with the initial rosters from EA. Will you be addressing these problems as far as changing players that have transferred and/or been kicked off the team etc. as well as adding incoming freshmen that were left off the teams?

Yes will be using the updated default roster. Our rosters will be very accurate.
when will u have the rosters ready? the game has been out for 3 days!! this delay is very lame. when i ordered the rosters i didn’t expect it to take this long

We expect to have the Xbox 360 and PS3 rosters completed this weekend. Saturday at the earliest and Sunday at the latest.
Brian, I’ve been a customer (and a fan) for a few years now, so please listen to some advice from a supporter – if this weekend comes and goes without the rosters, it’s a big problem for you. Gamers want to be able to wake up on the first Saturday after the game comes out, and play all day with the rosters. After watching your video, I’ll leave you with these 2 thoughts – 1)listen to your wife, and 2)HIRE A FEW MORE PEOPLE!!! I know there are some college students looking to earn a few bucks who can help you get the rosters shipped out by Thursday or Friday! Don’t lose the customers you have worked so hard to gain by taking so long!!!

Michael,
Thanks for the input. We are currently working 24 hours and have two people editing rosters at all times. We cannot go any faster. We will have:
1. The rosters done first
2. The best rosters
We know you want them, and we are doing our best to get them to you as fast and accurately as possible.
Thanks!
Brian,
How does ya’lls process work? Do ya’ll assign the roster editors a certain conference to work on a day? I am just curious on how ya’ll do things. Keep up the good work.

Chase,
We are going by conferences.
Thanks
As a small business consultant, I’m used to it -
In one ear …
You never directly answered the comment, ” will incoming freshmen be on the rosters?” Thanks, I am a new customer and look forward to your rosters. War Eagle!

Yes the incoming freshman will be on the rosters. Thanks
I am a huge fan of you guys and i think you do a great job!! with that being said i have been spoiled by you guys by getting the roster fast but this year it has not been fast, and i know some times **** happens and you can’t always be fast but there are some people out there who have started to make there own rosters and sell them so be careful of some upstart taking your place

James – we are working as fast as we can. Thanks for your support!
Why on earth are you charging so much. if you get as many customers as you claim, why not charge $5 or even $10?

Chris,
Thank you for your question. It takes a great deal of organization, human resources and commitment to provide the level of customer service and quality that we provide. $12.95 is not much more than $10 like you suggested. We do not get too many complaints about price so we don’t think our pricing structure is out of line.
Thanks
