Customer Support
We are currently looking for a courteous, part-time customer support representative. Our customer support representatives play an important role within our organization. Tasks include responding to both e-mail and telephone questions and creating shipping labels. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is a plus. Potential candidates must meet one of the following two qualifications:
- 1. Be currently enrolled in an accredited university and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 2. High School diploma with previous customer service experience.
