As soon as your payment clears PayPal, you will receive an e-mail from our shopping cart system. This e-mail will include a download link for your roster file and directions.

The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt e-mail from our shopping cart. Please make sure that you actually clicked the Place Order button and made your payment at PayPal. When you reach your order confirmation page on our shopping cart, there will be a Place Order button. You need to click this button to finish your order and pay at PayPal. You will receive a receipt e-mail from PayPal if you completed your payment. If you have not received a receipt e-mail from PayPal you probably did not click the Place Order button.

If you think you forgot to click the Place Order button. Just go back and re-order your roster download on our shopping cart, but remember to click the Place Order button this time around.

Be sure to check your "junk" or "bulk" mail folder. Sometimes the download e-mail will get put to your bulk or junk mail folder.

It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes for your payment to clear PayPal. It all depends on your credit or debit card provider. Usually you will receive your download e-mail within 1 minute of your purchase.

In rare instances, some banks may take 1-3 business days to clear your payment. If you think this has happened to your order, first check to make sure you received your PayPal receipt and then call your credit or debit card customer service department.

We ship via United States Postal Service First Class 2-5 business days. Because we are located in the central United States, most orders only take 2-3 business days to arrive at your front door.

It usually takes 3-8 business days from the time you mail your memory card out to the time it arrives back. We ship via USPS First class 2-5 business days.

We ship via the United States Postal Service. We use their First Class 2-5 business day service. Your local postal delivery person will deliver your package right to your front door. If you order a brand new memory card, you will be e-mailed a delivery confirmation tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Your memory card will come in a yellow 6 x 10" air bubble padded envelope.
